Delivery Information

At Weave Fusion, we aim to make receiving your order simple and straightforward. We’re pleased to offer FREE UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Free UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders.

There are no hidden standard delivery charges added at checkout.

Dispatch Times

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days after your order has been placed and payment has been successfully received.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

During particularly busy periods, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery Times

We mainly use Royal Mail to deliver our UK orders.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Depending on the order value and parcel, we generally use:

• Orders under £15: Royal Mail standard delivery, normally sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class.

• Orders £15 and over: Normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, providing additional tracking and delivery reassurance.

Delivery times shown by Royal Mail begin after your order has been dispatched and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow sufficient time for Royal Mail to deliver it, particularly during bank holidays, busy seasonal periods or circumstances outside our control.

UK delivery remains FREE regardless of your order value.

Delivery Address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Made-to-Measure & Custom Orders

Some of our products may be made or prepared to your requested specifications. These items may require additional preparation time before dispatch.

Where applicable, estimated timescales will be provided with the product information or communicated to you.
